Make the experience of a world full of energy and power or join one of my more calmly lessons to see how important also the respiration of your body is. I will draw up also a professional fitness plan in the sector of personal training and help you to a healthy and active workday of motion and fitness.

There are always more and more people who like to let go after a hard workday, who like to work off or just like to turn off. People with backache learn how to protect and push their health. Kids learn how to treat sports and realise how important it is to move and be in a good shape. I'd like to use this bent and offer those people lessons of aerobic and fitness, which will mediate them a new spirit.

The philosophy to have a beautiful and healthy body is correct and is confirmed everyday, because of a too fat food and fast food the body is confronted with this everyday. Sports don't have to be a must, it has to be fun and show the joy of motion. My target group is everybody who has joy of motion. The inner will counts a lot, because you can't reach anything by doing nothing. My client has to be conscious of doing something for his body and when he made this decision I'm the one who helps and supports with my specialized knowledge.

FILA Kick Power

FILA Kick Power is an explosive mix of karate, Thai boxing and Taekwondo accompanied by compelling music. The intensity is adapted to each level of the participants. That's why this sport is suitable for all kind of ages. You can train your coordination, concentration, power and condition together with FILA Kick Power.

Fitboxe

The intensification of FILA Kick Power is Fitboxe. You work with the same moves, but you kick and hit into a box bag, which is conceived especially fo this kind of sport. It's the absolutely most actual trend in the section of combat sport aerobics.

Workout 4 fight

Going into the special demands of combat sport aerobics with new power exercises. Coordination and stability exercises with or without the Aero step XL, power exercises for fast, precise moves and exercise choice.

Karate

Preparation for championships, Kumite for beginners, advanced students or kids. Karate is suitable for everyone who is interested in physical education. It can help for example young people to change their superfluous power into a positive way and they learn how to master this. For adults for every kind of age, male or female, karate is an excellent possibility to keep fit and to develop their physical dexterity coordinated. Everyone can start on his level and try to push himself. Shotokan-Karate is a sport, which can be practiced until an old age and gets you spiritual relaxation. Karate as a combat sport is strengtheinig your self-confidence and also enables the self-defence.

Qi Gong Moves

Respiration, movement and concentration. Flowing, harmonious forms of physical exercises and exercises of sensation to relax, to balance and for inner calmness.

Belly, legs and bottom

This exercise stretches, tightens and strengthens problem zones like belly, legs and bottom.
