The mobility, the strenght and the power of sports cause me joy everyday. During 15 years I proved on the area of sports and for me it's a big request to offer a high quality of fitness with lots of charm and temperament. My experience as an international presenter as well as my title as European champion and Vice world champion in Shotokan-Karate gives me the know-how to see what the current demands of the present trainer are.

During my career of karate I followed with a big interest the fitness scene, which interested me more and more. So I made my hobby to my profession and completed many educations in the fitness sector (FILA Kick Power, Dance Step, Dance Aerobic, Qi Gong Moves, Fitboxe, Personal Training).

Besides that I'm working as an instructor for education in move in Möhlin and I'm booked more and more for international events and fitness fairs.

I'm looking forward to welcome numerous participants in my different lessons of fitness and aerobics.

A father and his 3 lions...

My father, Justin Kouamo from Bangoua, Camerun can be proud. Three of his sons are extraordinary sporty and had the success to reach the national team of Camerun and Switzerland.
